Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your unused personal training session, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied to the unused sessions.
If you wish to cancel your personal training session, you MUST give 24 HOURS notice. If the session is not cancelled within 24 hours you will use one of your purchased session. If you are cancelling a session please contact your trainer or email firstname.lastname@example.org for Ches Penney Family YMCA or email@example.com for Marystown YMCA. If a trainer cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be entitled to that session as well as an extra session at no charge. * This does not apply to interruptions due to unscheduled maintenance or inclement weather.
Lateness Policy: All training sessions will start and end on time. If a member is late for a session the session will still end at the agreed upon time. If a trainer is more than 15 minutes late for a session, the session will end on time and the member will receive an extra training session at no charge.
Session Expiry Policy: All sessions expire one year from the date of purchase.
