Join Our Team

We are seeking a Centre Manager to provide leadership to all Health, Fitness and Aquatics (HFA) programs and services. This position also includes management of the membership sales and service team, ensuring quality membership experience, growth, and retention. This position is located at the Placentia Regional YMCA.

Job Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in related field or related experience
  • Minimum two years of management experience or equivalent
  • Experienced in customer service, sales, and meeting targets
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, experience with ActiveNET software is an asset
  • Current Standard First Aid
  • Acceptable Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Check
