Join Our Team

We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Staff to maintain the facility, it’s systems, and equipment. This position includes troubleshooting, general maintenance and repairs, and pool related support. This position is located at the Placentia Regional YMCA.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • One to two years of general maintenance experience including but not limited to: minor carpentry and repairs, painting, pool maintenance, equipment repairs
  • Effective problem solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility of work schedule
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word considered an asset
  • Pool Operator Certificate, WHMIS and OHS certification preferred
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Current Standard First Aid Certification
  • Acceptable Criminal Records Check
