    May 16: Due to instructor illness, the Cycle/Pilates class is cancelled.

    May 17: Yoga scheduled for 10:30 am-11:30 am is cancelled.

    Victoria Day Closure Notice

    On May 19, all YMCA programs and services in the Metro Avalon Peninsula Region will be closed. This includes:

    • Ches Penney Family YMCA, including the child care centre
    • Employment, Enterprise, and Newcomer Services
    • Pre-K and school-age child care program sites
    • Brookfield District Child Care Centre
    • Administration and Project Offices

    Summer Swim Lesson registration is now open. You can register in person at the Ches Penney Family YMCA or online at YMCA NL Online Portal.
    Important Update for members with an Adult Only Membership

    The Ches Penney Family YMCA is pleased to inform all members with an Adult Only Membership that the installation of new scanning hardware for the adult-only changerooms is now complete.

    If you have not yet activated your card for entry, please visit the Welcome Desk at your earliest convenience.

    Scheduled YMCA Closure for May 21
