At the YMCA, our mission, vision, and values drive everything we do. Individuals and families who are unable to afford the full cost of participation in a YMCA program or activity, the YMCA offers financial assistance. You just need to ask in confidence.

With a YMCA Adult Only membership, you will enjoy the many programs and services such as the huge variety of fitness classes, YTHRIVE, conditioning centre, hardwood courts, track, gymnasium sports such as Pickleball, swimming pools including whirlpool but also access to a secured adult only change room that features a dry sauna, towel service and so much more.
