Our energetic trainers will guide you closer to your goal, using an individualized program, one day at a time. As the weeks go by, we look forward to hearing about your success story. Please Note: 2 sessions are required for first time clients. This includes consultation, program design and workout. If you want to maximize your results and reach your potential we recommend registering for our full 12 week program. We will provide you with ongoing feedback, motivation and support while helping you set long term goals by creating a program that fits your lifestyle.

He provides me with dynamic workouts and encourages me to try new things. Because of his training, I am stronger and healthier. He knows when to encourage and when to push, yet never too much. The results I have achieved are largely due to my YMCA personal trainer’s combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs, and challenging yet achievable goals. When I could not manage something, he would provide a variation that allowed me to build up to the full exercise. When I thought I could not do something, it was broken down to help me accomplish it. He places a high value on correct form with every exercise and helped me understand the importance of correct form.
