YMCA Pre-K is a regulated child care program located in your child’s school. The program is designed for children to attend for the year prior to their entry into Kindergarten. Waitlists remain open for all upcoming years with ongoing intake, so you may add your child’s name at any time.

Programs run five days per week year-round and are closed for statutory holidays. Part-time registration options (less than five days per week) are not available. All registrants are subject to a non-refundable registration fee upon registration.

Registration Fee: $25.00 (one-time fee)

Cost: $10 per day

Caregiver Ratio: 1:10

Age: 3 years, 8 months – 5 years, 9 months

The Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability must be completed by all parents/guardians.

The Provincial Registrar is available for live calls Monday to Friday, from 8:30am-11:30am. Please leave a voicemail if line is busy. All messages will be answered within a 24-48 hour period. For all messages that are received on weekends or holidays, expect messages to be answered by the end of the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
