The Town of Placentia and YMCA have agreed and signed an Operating Agreement. The Town would remain the owner of the facility and the YMCA will operate any aquatics, fitness, exercise, or other programs. The YMCA anticipates hiring up to 20 full time and part time employees in Placentia.
