Join Our Team

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant is an integral role in enhancing strategic, efficient administrative, fund development, and communications operation of the Executive Staff, Board of Directors and associated Committees. Through collaboration with functional and Senior Leadership, provide administrative support towards the achievement of key operational objectives and delivery of our strategic plan.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Experience in a not-for-profit setting considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately capture meeting minutes and agenda action items
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
  • Demonstrated ability to tactfully handle sensitive situations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines and priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365, spreadsheets, and database maintenance
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours are required for meeting, events, etc. (i.e. early morning/late evening/weekend).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Current clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
