Memberships are eligible for cancellation after six bi-weekly payments have been received. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone.
The payer on the account may complete and submit the following to cancel a membership. The membership will remain active until the cancellation is confirmed via email, which can take up to 72 hours to receive.
Alternatively, for immediate cancellation, present proof of membership to a Membership Sales and Service Staff at your YMCA location, and confirmation will be provided via email immediately.
