Join Our Team

We are seeking Post-Secondary Child Care Trainees to deliver recreational and instructional programs for children at our licensed child care centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. This physically demanding job may require you to set up, take down, and clean equipment, lead active programs, and engage a diverse group of people. This is a contractual position that ends on September 6, 2024.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age at the time of certification
  • Must be in entering or enrolled in a Post-Secondary institution
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in leading active play and programs
  • Current Standard First Aid and WHMIS
  • Acceptable Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Check
