Join Our Team

The YMCA of Newfoundland & Labrador offers licensed school age child care at or near various schools throughout the Avalon region. We are seeking a part time Inclusion Worker to join our Child Care team.

Job Requirements

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma, Level 1 or greater
  • Experience working in early learning
  • Age specific certificates considered an asset (i.e. special needs, infant/toddler, school-age)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and co-workers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Standard First Aid
  • An acceptable Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
