Join Our Team

We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead to work alongside a small team to provide a clean environment for members and guests. The Team Lead is responsible to schedule and coordinate activities of the housekeeping team, maintain the required cleaning supply inventory, and actively clean the facility. This position is located at the Placentia Regional YMCA.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Over one year experience in cleaning large facilities
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching and lifting
  • Experience in scheduling, coaching and managing teams
  • Experience in maintaining inventory and establishing and implementing operational procedures
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel is an asset
  • Current Standard First Aid and WHMIS
  • Acceptable Criminal Records Check
