Join Our Team

We are seeking a Manager, Training responsible for leading, planning, and delivery of training in health, fitness and aquatics (HFA) and other association wide initiatives. This is a remote/hybrid position. Work will primarily occur in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering training for individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of fitness. Some courses or training will be held in pools.

Job Requirements

  • A completed university degree or college diploma
  • YMCA instructor training or certification
  • Current SFA CPR C/AED
  • Completed YMCA Lead and Champion training is considered an asset
  • Previous experience facilitating and presenting to adults
  • Acceptable Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Check
