The YMCA of Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking a full time Provincial Registrar to focus on regulated child care and day camp, school age child care, and pre-kindergarten registrations, billing and scheduling of payments, NSF recovery, child care subsidy payments and Operating Grant Program (OGP). This position is located in St. John’s

Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated collaboration, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
  • High level of diplomacy and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential situations or information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office 365, experience in ActiveNet ideal
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed
  • Dependable access to broadband internet and cell phone signal
  • Current Standard First Aid
  • WHMIS certification is an assets
  • Acceptable Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
